Email novelblush89@gmail.com. Include your account email, device type, and a short description. Do not send your password, payment card number, private keys, or one-time codes.
Purchases and subscriptions
On iPhone and iPad, Apple processes billing and refunds. Use Restore Purchases in the NovelBlush coin screen for eligible App Store purchases, and manage or cancel a subscription in App Store subscription settings.
On Android, Google Play processes billing and refunds. Purchases are restored when you sign in to the same NovelBlush account, and you can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play subscriptions.
Delete your account
Open NovelBlush, then go to Profile > Delete account. You can also request deletion by email, which works even if the app is no longer installed. Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.

Rights-holder requests
Authors, publishers, platforms, and authorized rights holders may email support with the work URL and evidence of ownership or authorization. We will review requests for removal, correction, attribution, or restriction.
